These Terms of Use apply to your use of FINAL DOMAINE's AI enterprise solutions (including AEGIS, NEXUS, PRISM ATELIER, FWL, LOIAU, etc.) along with associated software applications and websites (all together, “Services”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FINAL DOMAINE, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

FINAL DOMAINE is an artificial intelligence enterprise solutions and applied deployment company.

Registration and Access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have legal guardian permission to use the Services. You must provide accurate information when registering and are solely responsible for your account activity.

Using our Services

• What you can do: Subject to these Terms, you may use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and usage policies.
• What you cannot do: You may not use our Services for illegal activities, misappropriate our intellectual property, reverse engineer, decompile, or programmatically scrape our APIs or models without authorization. Representing machine output as human-generated is strictly prohibited.

Content and Ownership

Your inputs ("Input") and resulting generations ("Output") are collectively "Content." You retain ownership rights in Input and own the Output to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, Output may occasionally be inaccurate. You must evaluate Output appropriately and agree not to rely on it as a sole source of truth, nor use it for professional advice or anything presenting a material legal, financial, or medical impact on individuals.

Billing and Termination

For paid subscriptions, your payment method will be automatically charged upon renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if you breach these Terms of Use or pose a risk to the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Jurisdiction)

These Terms, as well as any dispute resulting directly or indirectly from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea.
