Email Communication & Anti-Spam Policy

At FINAL DOMAINE, we are committed to maintaining a strict anti-spam policy and ensuring that our transactional emails are sent responsibly and in compliance with global standards, including the AWS Service Terms and AWS Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

1. Recipient Consent and Mail Type

Our emails are exclusively Transactional. We only send emails to users, customers, or organizations that have directly contacted us, registered with us, or are using our groupware service. We strictly do not send to purchased lists or unsolicited recipients.

2. Bounces and Complaints Handling Process

We monitor bounce and complaint notifications closely via Amazon SES. When we receive such notifications, we immediately suppress those recipient addresses from future sending. We also review the sender account and take active intervention if any misuse is detected.
